Special Moments requires at least 14 days’ notice. Dates remain subject to availability until your quote is approved and payment terms are completed.
Choose premium fabric rose petals or upgrade to fresh rose petals. Fresh-petal pricing varies by color, quantity, season, and availability.
For fire safety, real candles and open flames are never used. Candlelight styling is created only with battery-operated flameless LED candles.
Customers are responsible for confirming hotel, rental, or property rules and arranging timely access for setup.
Customers may handle cleanup, or request next-day décor removal starting at $100. Removal must be arranged in advance.
