Unwrap with care
For a wrapped bouquet, gently remove the paper while keeping the bouquet’s shape and tie in place.

Flower care guide
A few simple habits can make a beautiful difference. Follow these steps as soon as your flowers arrive.

A fresh angled trim helps your roses drink more easily.
For a wrapped bouquet, gently remove the paper while keeping the bouquet’s shape and tie in place.
Using clean, sharp shears, remove about half an inch from each stem at a 45-degree angle so the roses can drink easily.
Place your bouquet in a freshly washed container filled with cool or room-temperature water. Keep all leaves above the waterline.
Check the water level daily and replace the water every one to two days. Give the stems another small trim when you do.
Display flowers away from direct sun, heat, strong drafts, and ripening fruit. A cool room helps them stay fresh longer.
Remove fading blooms as needed. Some flowers naturally last longer than others, so the arrangement may gently change over time.
Floral boxes & baskets
Check the floral foam daily and slowly add a small amount of clean water near the center when it begins to feel dry. Protect the surface underneath, and do not remove the roses from the foam.
A natural life cycle
Roses are living, seasonal products. Variations in color, shape, and vase life are completely natural. Remove individual blooms as they fade and continue enjoying the roses that remain.
